Three Phase Electric Company is looking for a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer with experience in LT Electrical Panels, Industrial Pumps, and VFD Drives.
The role includes business development, technical presentation, solution selling, and achieving sales targets in the industrial and OEM segment.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to understand customer applications.
Identify new customers in industries like manufacturing, ETP/STP plants, HVAC, OEMs, and industrial projects.
Promote LT Panels, Industrial Pumps, VFDs/Soft Starters, MCC/PLC Panels, and automation solutions.
Generate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and tenders.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Conduct site visits for load study, pump selection, panel configuration, and drive sizing.
Prepare technical-commercial proposals, sizing sheets, and application notes.
Prepare BOQ, costing, and quotations based on customer specifications.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
Support in order finalization and documentation (PO, PI, drawings approval, etc.).
Maintain long-term relationships with consultants, EPCs, OEMs, and industrial clients.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
Ensure smooth coordination for dispatch, installation, and commissioning.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and production teams for timely execution.
Share accurate customer requirements, site details, and technical inputs.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitive products.
Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
1–5 years of experience in selling LT panels / industrial pumps / VFD drives.
Strong technical understanding of:
LT Panels (PCC, MCC, APFC, VFD panels)
Multistage & centrifugal pumps
VFD / Soft Starters / Motor control
Electrical drawings & load calculations
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & basic CRM tools.
Two-wheeler mandatory for customer visits.
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
