☀️ WE ARE HIRING – SOLAR SALES & SITE ENGINEER

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Solar Sales & Site Engineer to join our growing solar team.
🔹 Job Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop new customers for rooftop solar projects.
Visit residential, commercial and industrial customer sites.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions.
Prepare site survey reports, system sizing and basic solar calculations.
Prepare quotations and explain system specifications to customers.
Coordinate with customers, sales team and installation team.
Check rooftop/site conditions, shadow, structure requirements and electrical points.
Coordinate solar installation, commissioning and site-related activities.
Follow up with customers from enquiry to project completion.
Maintain proper project and customer documentation.
Support government subsidy/DISCOM-related documentation when required.
🔹 Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics or related field.
Experience in Solar EPC / Rooftop Solar will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of solar panels, inverters, ACDB/DCDB, cables, earthing and structures.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Fresher candidates with good technical knowledge can also apply.
