Job Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, online research, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other sources.
Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch the software effectively.
Convince prospects and convert leads into customers.
Conduct client visits and meetings whenever required.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Follow up with prospects, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process after closing the deal.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Software Sales / B2B Sales / Telesales / Business Development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Proven ability to generate leads through cold calling and other channels.
Willingness to travel for client visits and meetings.
Ability to independently manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Target-oriented, proactive, and confident in dealing with clients.
Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad.
