We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive sales of forklift machines and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their operational requirements, and providing tailored solutions to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and actively pursue sales opportunities for forklifts and related equipment.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers.
Understand client requirements, prepare proposals/quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and industrial customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
Collaborate with the service and support team to ensure smooth after-sales service.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
2–5 years of proven experience in sales of forklifts, material handling equipment, or heavy machinery.
Strong technical knowledge of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
