Job Opening – Sales Engineer (HVAC Industry)

Position: Sales Engineer

Location: Wagle estate,Thane

Industry: HVAC / Air Handling Units (AHU) / Industrial Air Conditioning Systems

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable)

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical / Any Graduate with HVAC Sales Experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities in HVAC, AHU, Ventilation, and Industrial Air Conditioning projects.

Meet consultants, contractors, builders, industries, and corporate clients for business development.

Handle inquiries, prepare techno-commercial offers, and submit quotations.

Follow up with customers and close sales orders.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customers.

Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for smooth project execution.

Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills

Experience in HVAC / AHU / Industrial Air Conditioning sales.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle B2B sales and project-based selling.

Knowledge of HVAC products, ventilation systems, ducting, chillers, AHUs, and industrial cooling solutions.

Familiarity with quotations, tendering, and project coordination.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, Industrial Equipment, or Technical Sales.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and the surrounding industrial areas.

Two-wheeler preferred.
