Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a technical background and strong communication skills to develop new business opportunities and manage existing customers in the industrial automation sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in industrial automation.

- Visit customers, understand their machine/automation requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.

- Promote and sell Delta, INVT, Slanvert, and Megmeet automation products.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up until order closure.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.

- Coordinate with the technical/service team for product selection, application support, and customer requirements.

- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and follow-up schedules.

- Identify market opportunities, competitors, and potential customers.

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for order processing and delivery.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will be preferred:

- PLC

- HMI

- AC Drives / VFD

- Servo Motors & Servo Drives

- Industrial Automation

- Motion Control

- Control Panels

- PLC Programming

- Machine Automation

Eligibility

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.

- 0–3 years of experience in industrial automation sales will be preferred.

- Freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills can also apply.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
