Sales Coordinator (Sales Engineer) - Civil or Mechanical Engineering

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator with a Civil or Mechanical Engineering background to serve as the technical and operational right hand to our Sales Head. This is a hybrid role, part engineering expertise, part high-level sales support ideal for someone who wants to be at the heart of complex infrastructure and construction project sales. You'll own team coordination, workload management, and help drive the region's sales targets.

What You'll Do

Technical Assistance

Prepare techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and RFQs

Review engineering drawings and plans to ensure proposed solutions meet client specs and regulatory codes (e.g., IS codes)

Operational Coordination

Manage the sales pipeline to ensure no leads slip through

Schedule high-stakes meetings, demos, and site visits with developers, government consultants, and other key stakeholders

Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to track order fulfilment and ensure on-time site delivery

Market & Client Engagement

Research competitor activity and infrastructure trends to inform regional strategy

Support pre-sales efforts through technical presentations and on-site product demos

Manage post-sales relationships, resolve technical grievances, and drive client retention

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and sales forecasts

Maintain organized digital records of contracts, client communications, and technical data sheets

What We're Looking For

Civil or Mechanical Engineering background

Fluent in English

Compensation

Freshers: ₹30,000/month CTC

Experienced candidates: As per industry standards
