A PVR INOX Service Associate ensures a great guest experience by handling ticketing, concessions (selling & serving F&B), guiding patrons, maintaining cleanliness, and resolving customer issues, often involving suggestive selling and upselling combo deals across various touchpoints like the box office, concession stand, and seat service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries (showtimes, seating, movie info), handle complaints professionally, and offer a positive attitude.
Ticketing (Box Office): Operate POS systems, manage cash/card/digital payments, sell tickets, and guide guests on seat availability.
Concessions: Take orders, prepare/serve food & beverages, handle payments, restock supplies, and follow hygiene standards.
In-Seat Service: Take orders and serve guests directly in the auditorium, focusing on suggestive selling and upselling.
Auditorium & Housekeeping: Guide patrons to seats, monitor auditorium conditions, clean areas, and ensure smooth operations.
Sales & Upselling: Actively promote memberships, combo offers, and food/beverage items.
Operations & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety/hygiene protocols, manage cash, maintain records, and follow company policies.
