Qualofication- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce Marketing or related field.
Experience - 2-3 Years in sales coordination or customer service
Responsibilities - Coordinate between sales team, Logistics, accounts and customer.
Handling customer calls, emails and followups. Track order and delivery timelines. Prepare quotations and sales reports.
Required Skills-
Good communications and interpersonal skills, Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Pwer point, knowledge of CRM or SAP, Zoho etc.
