Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the domestic sales team to achieve individual and team targets

• Handle sales calls, client interactions, and ensure effective sales closures

• Monitor daily sales activities and provide guidance to improve performance

• Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to drive conversions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business

• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute innovative ideas for business growth

• Supervise team performance and provide training, coaching, and feedback

• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses

• Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies
