We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent coordination abilities, and prior experience in sales support within a similar industry.
Roles and responsibilities:
- All Mail check and respond on daily basis
- Get purchase order from party and send to sales person for sales order processing
- coordination with team for production and dispatch plan(weekly/ monthly)
- sales order generate and give for dispatch planning
- send all necessary documents to vendor and sales team (like invoice delivery receipt etc...)
- Month wise filing all PO Sales order and invoice
- Entire coordination for sales operations (from order to material delivery)
- Payment followup with vendors
- Vendor/customer sales and payment accountability data maintain
- Dispatch samples to Vendor and sales team
- PO trekking sheet prepare on daily basis
- Coordination with internal account team for payment and account ledger matter
- Give weekly sales and payment details and vendor statement to reporting head
- Maintain all cost/sales sheet ( excel)
