*Pre-Sales + Sales Coordinator*

1. Data management in Google Drive Sheets.

2. Organize multiple sheets for fresh data, forwarded data, and visit dates.

3. Maintain lead follow-up formats by date and time.

4. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.

5. Filter and manage inbound, outbound, and reference leads.

6. Update site visit plans for the sales team.

7. Regularly update visited lead records (e.g., quotations and second meetings).

8. Prepare quotations for the sales team and review them regularly.

9. Follow up on cold leads through feedback calls before scheduling pre-sales or sales visits.

10. Maintain and update sales data.

11. Send regular WhatsApp messages regarding offers, status updates, and videos.

*HR & Admin*

1. Handle hiring according to company requirements.

2. Complete joining formalities, collect documents, and conduct previous employment verification through calls and emails.

3. Explain KRAs (Key Result Areas) to employees.

*Prepare* :

A. Offer Letters

B. Joining Letters

C. Joining Forms

D. Greeting Emails

E. Candidate Portfolios

F. Company Letterheads

G. Quotation Formats (if required)

1. Greeting messages for new leads and follow-up leads

2. Maintain attendance sheets and employee groups.

3. Prepare salary sheets with employee details, official email IDs, and contact information.

4. Maintain office expense records and cash flow (until the Accounts team is hired).

5. Handle LinkedIn recruitment and messaging (until a dedicated Digital Marketing/HR resource is hired).

6. Manage Canva-related design work on an initial basis.

7. Sales

Maintain closure records.
