Executive with RCM Background (US Healthcare)

📌 Experience: Overall 3–5 years, with a mandatory 2+ years in Business Development
📍 Location: Noida (Onsite Role)
🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the US healthcare market
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and physician groups
• Promote services such as Medical Billing, Coding, AR Follow-ups, Credentialing, and RCM solutions
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
• Participate in client calls, presentations, and demos with US-based clients
• Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline effectively
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of US healthcare processes and terminology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal)
• Proven track record in lead generation and client acquisition
• Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
