Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with experience in the Audio-Visual industry to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales activities, manage client communications, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth execution of AV projects from inquiry to order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
• Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and order documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, logistics, and installation) to ensure timely project execution
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and demo tracking systems
• Act as a point of contact for customers regarding product information, order status, and basic technical queries
• Track sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and assist in closing opportunities
• Assist in organizing product demos, presentations, and client meetings
• Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with suppliers when needed
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• B. Com or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support, preferably in the AV, IT, or technology industry
• Basic understanding of AV products such as displays, projectors, conferencing systems, sound systems, and control solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
