📞 Tele Sales & Client Handling
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound inquiries professionally
Explain products/services and generate interest
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
📊 Sales Coordination
Prepare and share quotations with clients
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
Ensure timely follow-ups on leads and client requirements
Maintain and update customer database
📈 Reporting & Tracking
Maintain daily call reports and sales records
Track lead status and update CRM/Excel sheets
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
🛠️ Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle clients professionally over calls
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet targets

0–2 years of experience in tele sales / customer support (Freshers with good communication skill can also apply)
