Documentation & Compliance: Verifying all sales, finance, insurance, and registration documents are complete, including managing Fastag and number plate ordering.
Customer Scheduling & Experience: Scheduling delivery times, managing the handover process, and explaining vehicle features to the customer.
Logistics & Tracking: Maintaining a Booked Vehicle Tracker (BVT) and providing updates to the sales team regarding delivery dates.
After-Sales Support: Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction with the vehicle and delivery process.
