Job Description – Sales Promoter

1. Position Overview

The Sales Promoter will be responsible for promoting the TEEN PAN brand inside Nashik Metro Mall, engaging with customers, explaining product features, and increasing sales. The role focuses on customer interaction, product display, sampling, and maintaining brand visibility.

2. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Actively approach mall visitors and promote TEEN PAN products.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide correct information.

Product Promotion & Branding

• Ensure attractive product display at the counter/stall.

• Conduct sampling or demo activities as required.

• Maintain proper visibility of TEEN PAN branding materials.

Stock & Inventory

• Keep track of daily sales and available stock.

• Inform the supervisor for timely stock replenishment.

• Ensure no damage or wastage of products.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily sales reports and share with the supervisor.

• Coordinate with the team for promotions, offers, and new product updates.

• Follow company guidelines, grooming standards, and mall rules.

3. Skills & Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass

• Experience: 0–2 years (FMCG sales/promoter experience preferred)

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Energetic, confident, and polite

• Ability to stand and work for long hours (mall counter duty)

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting

• As per Nashik Metro Mall timings (1PM TO 10PM)
