Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Operations and Administration Specialist to join our team and contribute to the efficient management of daily operations and administrative tasks. This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience, who possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with online portals and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Update and manage online portals and social media channels to enhance engagement and visibility.

- Collaborate with various teams to support operational efficiency and workflow.

- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating procurement activities.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.

- Support the planning and execution of events and special projects.

Skills:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Friendly manner and ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

- Basic knowledge of online portals and social media platforms.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
