We are looking for a Sales Coordination & Documentation Executive to support client communication, follow-ups, quotations, documentation, CRM updates, and internal coordination activities.
Responsibilities:
• Client communication via calls, email & WhatsApp
• Follow-up with clients and internal teams
• Preparation of quotations and business documents
• CRM and lead tracking updates
• Meeting scheduling and coordination
• Documentation and record management
