About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our recruitment consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and promoting our staffing and recruitment services. Freshers with strong communication and sales interest are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
Pitch recruitment and staffing services to potential clients.
Schedule meetings with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Business Leaders.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Negotiate commercials and close business deals.
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.
Basic understanding of recruitment/staffing industry (preferred).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Lead generation and client acquisition mindset.
MS Excel & basic CRM knowledge
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
0 - 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Recruitement.
