Key Responsibilities
• Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain order records and prepare reports as required.
• Resolve order-related issues and customer queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely invoicing and documentation.
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination activities.
• Prepare Order or Outstation Transport Dispatch By Jagdambe Transport or Any Others.
• Checking Sales Orders with Sales Invoice Copies. If Any Query Comes Then Send In Filtering Group.
• Download Builty According To Database Wise
• Checking Purchase Invoices Along With Busy Software
• Send Builty In Primary & Secondary Group.
• Maintain Challan File Along With Serial Number On Daily Basis.
• Prepare DSR And Checklist Report To Management On Daily Basis.
Requirements
• Graduate in any Commerce .
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
