The role involves handling B2B sales, identifying new opportunities, coordinating with production and dispatch teams, and ensuring timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers in target industries.

  • Generate inquiries through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and referrals.

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plastic products.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams for timely order execution.

  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

  • Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and industry trends.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required
