Job Summary
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining vehicle features, generating sales leads, conducting test rides, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting the brand image of Royal Enfield.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Explain motorcycle features, specifications, pricing, and finance options to customers.
Conduct test rides and provide complete product demonstrations.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls and customer visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
Maintain proper customer records and update CRM/DMS systems regularly.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and customer satisfaction.
Maintain showroom discipline, display standards, and professional behaviour.
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and customer engagement programs.
