Job Description – Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive for our Manyavar & Mohey store. The candidate should have experience in ethnic wear or fashion retail and should be confident in handling customers and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

• Suggest suitable ethnic wear based on customer preferences, occasion, size, and budget.

• Have good knowledge of men’s ethnic wear and/or women’s ethnic wear.

• Explain product features, designs, sizes, and prices to customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide a good shopping experience.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper display and presentation of products.

• Manage trial room and product movement as required.

• Assist in stock checking and maintain store cleanliness.

• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

• Follow store rules, billing procedures, and company SOPs.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in ethnic wear/fashion retail.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of ethnic clothing and fashion trends.

• Confident and polite personality.

• Target-oriented and hardworking.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Basic knowledge of billing/POS and inventory will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Manyavar, Mohey, Fabindia, Biba, W, Pantaloons, Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, or other ethnic/fashion retail brands will be preferred.

Education

12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Salary

As per experience and company standards.
