What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate – WealthMart, you will help introduce customers to the WealthMart platform and its products, vouchers, memberships, offers, and customer-benefit programmes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field activities, referrals, personal networks, digital channels, and other approved sales methods.

• Promote and sell WealthMart vouchers, products, memberships, and other services.

• Explain WealthMart offers and customer benefits clearly and confidently.

• Generate new leads and convert interested prospects into customers.

• Help new customers understand and use the WealthMart platform.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Follow up with potential customers and develop opportunities for repeat business.

• Use WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other approved digital channels for customer engagement and sales.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and sales activities organized by WealthMart.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer registrations, and sales.

• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Submit sales updates and performance reports to the reporting manager.

Products and shopping opportunities available through the platform.

Promotional vouchers offering applicable benefits, rewards, memberships, gift cards, WM Coins, and event participation opportunities.

Membership Programmes
Free, Gold, and Platinum membership options with applicable customer benefits.

WM Coins & WM Wallet
WealthMart's customer reward and wallet ecosystem.

Gift Cards
Gift cards that can be redeemed according to applicable WealthMart terms.

Refer & Earn
Customer referral opportunities available through WealthMart.

Affiliate Opportunities
Opportunities to promote eligible products and earn applicable commissions or profit shares.
