Sales and service Engineer

Responsibilities

§  Install and commission automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and control panels at customer sites.

§  Provide remote and on-site support to clients for breakdowns, performance issues, and upgrades.

§  Conduct routine maintenance and health checks of installed systems.

§  Maintain detailed service reports, installation records, and issue logs.

§  Document feedback and recurring issues for continuous improvement.

§  Work closely with the Projects, R&D, and Software teams for technical support and issue resolution.

§  CoordResponsibilities

Requirements

§  Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.

§  Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

§  Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

§  Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
