Build and maintain strong relationships with internal employees and external clients
Actively participate in sales meetings and client interactions

Discreetly observe and report unethical or suspicious employee behavior
Monitor workplace conduct and ensure employees follow organizational policies
Act as the internal bridge between employees and leadership to maintain a transparent culture
Identify any kind of mishappenings or conflicts and discreetly escalate to leadership
Help maintain a positive, trustworthy, and legally compliant work environment
Build rapport with all departments to encourage open communication
Provide insights to management regarding employee well-being and team dynamics
Excellent interpersonal and observational skills
Ability to build strong, trusting relationships quickly
High emotional intelligence and discretion
Natural problem-solver with analytical thinking
Experience in sales, people management, or security/compliance is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field preferred
