Job Description

We are hiring Relationship Managers – CASA Sales for a leading private-sector bank in Bengaluru.

The role involves acquiring new customers, generating leads, promoting Savings and Current Accounts, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts (CASA).

- Generate leads through references, networking, field visits, and other sales activities.

- Meet prospective customers and understand their banking requirements.

- Explain and promote relevant banking products and services.

- Complete customer onboarding and documentation as per bank requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Candidates with experience in CASA Sales, Banking, BFSI, Field Sales, Direct Sales, Relationship Management, or Customer Acquisition are preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and meeting customers.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates are preferred.
