Job Overview

We are looking for a result-driven Relationship Manager to manage and expand our partner network, drive sales, and strengthen customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with fleet owners, transporters, and channel partners

• Drive sales of company offerings including POS devices, fintech products, and telematics solutions

• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners

• Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain strong partner engagement

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution

• Maintain daily activity reports and sales funnel updates

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or relationship management

• Experience in mobility, transport, fintech, insurance, or telematics industry preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel locally
