Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing high-quality bid submissions, and coordinating across departments to ensure timely and compliant tender responses. The candidate must have strong operational experience, excellent documentation skills, and hands-on experience with government procurement portals such as GeM and other procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate tender opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Manage the end-to-end preparation and submission of tender documents ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, finance, legal, and operations teams for tender inputs.
• Manage tender participation on GeM Portal and other procurement portals.
• Monitor and track government and private procurement opportunities across India.
• Prepare technical proposals, commercial bids, presentations, and tender documentation.
• Maintain bid trackers, MIS reports, and submission logs.
• Utilize tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve documentation and reporting efficiency.
