Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Relationship Manager who can build strong relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services

• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution

• Achieve monthly sales and relationship targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Maintain accurate client records and reports

• Support customer retention and repeat business

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong customer-handling and negotiation ability

• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM tools)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification:

• Any Graduate

• Experience in sales, education, banking, finance, or service industry is an advantage

• Preferred:

• Local candidates from Madurai / Tamil Nadu
