Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Jattari, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calling and local references.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Follow up with prospective clients on a daily basis.
Explain project details, plot sizes, pricing, and payment plans.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Convert inquiries into bookings/sales.
Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
Coordinate with CRM, Accounts, and Sales teams for documentation and booking processes.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably Real Estate.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer follow-ups effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Two-wheeler preferred for local site visits.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 per month
