The Presales Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, providing detailed project information, and supporting the sales team to convert leads into site visits and bookings. The role acts as the first point of contact between the company and potential buyers, ensuring a positive customer experience and efficient lead management.
Handle inbound leads generated through calls, emails, walk-ins, portals, and digital campaigns
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest
Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, location preference, and buying timeline
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location advantages
Address client queries professionally and in a timely manner
Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales managers
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture prospects
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Prepare and share project presentations, brochures, and proposals
Update clients on offers, inventory availability, and price changes
Support booking and documentation processes as required
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead and conversion reports
Coordinate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality
Work closely with channel partners and internal sales teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
1–4 years of experience in presales, telesales, or real estate sales support
Experience in residential or commercial real estate preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
