Identify and connect with potential buyers through calls, meetings, and site visits.
Promote residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the CRM team for documentation and closing formalities.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and property exhibitions.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and daily activity report.
Proven experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Finance, Luxury Automobile industries may also apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
