We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the real estate market.
Job Responsibilities:
· First point of contact for clients.
· Nurture and maintain client relationships.
· Accompany clients for site visits.
· Explain project features and pricing.
· Negotiate contracts and close deals.
· Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
· Share daily/weekly updates with management.
· Stay updated on property market trends.
