Candidates must be fluent in:

• English

• Hindi / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam

• Tamil (for Chennai) or Kannada (for Bangalore)

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers.

• Promote the company's real estate products and services.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer support.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.

• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team when required.

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.

• Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM/database.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining the company's reputation.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

• Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and sales reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Customer Sales, preferably in B2B Sales or the Real Estate industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

• Ability to understand customer needs and effectively close sales.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and maintaining customer databases.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Mandatory)

• Preferred: Any Graduate
