CTC Range: ₹2,40,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum (based on skills, experience, and Knowledge)
Working Hours: 10:30 Am to 6:30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)
Week Off: Sunday (Can be change as per company requirement)

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, handle customer inquiries, and convert prospects into site visits and bookings for our real estate Dholera Projects. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Lead Management:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to company projects and opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for client’s post-probation, ensuring an excellent experience.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
Client Nurturing:
Regularly follow up with Cold and Warm clients to convert them into Hot
prospects.
Record feedback and objections to refine pitch strategies.
Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential partners
clients.
Provide tailored information and content based on the client's position in the
funnel.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management team.
Prepare and submit regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
Relationship Building:
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the real estate industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual communication tools like Zoom.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented
