About the Role

Munish Associates is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.

• Handle customer inquiries and assist the team in closing sales.

• Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients when required.

• Develop sales strategies to increase conversions and revenue.

• Train, mentor, and guide team members to improve their sales performance.

• Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and business development activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.

• Prior experience in handling a sales team is essential.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, and MS Office.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
