We are hiring an experienced Direct Sales professional for a reputed Real Estate company
in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for direct sales activities, handling walk-in
clients, site visits, and closing property deals while achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
● Handle direct sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
● Attend walk-in customers and coordinate site visits.
● Understand customer requirements and present suitable property options.
● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Follow up with leads generated through marketing and CRM teams.
● Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
● Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals.
● Coordinate documentation till booking and agreement completion.
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Track market trends and competitor activities.

● 4–6 years of experience in direct sales in the real estate industry.
