Real Estate Telesales Executive

Role Overview:

As a Life Insurance Advisor (Life Advisor) at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will act as a financial consultant, helping individuals and families secure their financial future. You will work within your community or designated area to understand customer needs, provide tailored insurance solutions, and build long-term relationships, contributing directly to the company's business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Advisory: Provide sound and dependable financial consulting, helping clients select the right life insurance products based on their needs.

Business Development: Proactively identify prospective customers, initiate meetings, and convert leads into sales to achieve set targets.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent after-sales support and addressing inquiries efficiently.

Market Analysis: Maintain an in-depth understanding of current insurance products, market trends, and competition to offer the best solutions.

Compliance: Adhere to all IRDAI regulations and internal compliance policies while processing insurance applications.

Product Promotion: Promote life insurance plans, and explain coverage details, premium payments, and policy features.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Minimum Class 12th pass (Higher Secondary) required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Age: Minimum 18 years of age.

Skills: Strong communication skills, relationship management, and a customer-centric mindset.

Target-Driven: Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving business objectives.

Experience: Prior experience in sales or the insurance/financial services industry is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Licensing: Willingness to undergo training and pass the mandatory IC-38 online exam (pre-licensing training).
