As a TeleSales Executive at Landszo, your primary goal is to build our property inventory from scratch. You will be the first point of contact for real estate brokers and builders, convincing them to join our platform, list their properties, and subscribe to our intelligence tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Dial 60+ prospects daily (brokers, developers, and property owners) to introduce Landszo.
Pitching Technology: Explain the value of our AI-driven data to prospects who are used to traditional listing sites.
Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration process and ensure they upload their first set of property data.
Sales Conversion: Convert free users into paid subscribers for our premium listing and data packages.
Field Coordination: For high-value builders, coordinate with our field team (or visit personally) to close the deal and verify site data.
Database Management: Maintain an accurate CRM of all interactions and follow-up schedules.
