Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and result-oriented Real Estate Executives to join our growing team at InvestinPro Realtech Private Limited. The role focuses on end-to-end real estate sales, including client acquisition, property consultation, site visits, and successful deal closures. The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, good communication skills, and a passion for real estate sales and investment advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through various channels and convert them into potential clients

• Handle end-to-end real estate sales cycle from inquiry to closure

• Understand client investment needs and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties

• Conduct property presentations, virtual tours, and on-site visits for clients

• Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure conversion

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business

• Coordinate with developers, internal sales teams, and legal/operations teams for smooth transaction processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

• Stay updated with real estate market trends, projects, and pricing strategies

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales / Property Consulting / Telesales (Real Estate preferred)

• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial real estate markets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills

• Strong client-handling ability and relationship-building mindset

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure

• Familiarity with property portals and lead management systems is an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand salary: ₹22,000 – ₹90,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
