Telecalling Executive / Presales Executive with 1-4 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and lead lists.
Introduce the company's products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Follow approved calling scripts while adapting conversations naturally to customer responses.
Handle customer objections courteously and effectively.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Follow up with prospects as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable telemarketing regulations.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
