Real Estate Telesales Executive

Job Description

Ascens Buildcon is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and other sales channels.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

• Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle.

• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closure.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and presentation abilities.

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

• Knowledge of Gurugram real estate market is must.
