Job Summary:

We are hiring a female pre-sales tele caller who will be responsible for contacting potential clients from a provided lead database. The role involves explaining project details, handling inquiries, and scheduling site visits — no cold calling or fieldwork required.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and engage leads shared by the in-house marketing team.Provide clear information about residential projects.Handle customer queries and build a positive rapport.Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.Update CRM systems with call notes and follow-up details.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.Strong verbal communication in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi preferred).Positive attitude and professional phone manners.Basic real estate knowledge is a plus (training provided).Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
