Sales Executive | Sales & Marketing Position

Salary - ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month

We are looking for a confident, presentable and client-focused Sales Executive to handle leads, client communication, meetings, follow-ups and site/project visits. The role is primarily focused on effective client interaction and supporting the overall sales process.

Important: There will be no individual sales target assigned to this position. The primary focus will be lead handling, client meetings, follow-ups, site visits and coordination with the Sales Manager and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads assigned by the company and maintain timely follow-ups.

• Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements, preferences and purchase intent.

• Schedule and attend client meetings in a professional manner.

• Coordinate and accompany clients for site/project visits.

• Explain relevant project/product details, features, pricing and other approved information.

• Maintain regular communication and build professional relationships with prospective clients.

• Update lead status, client interactions, meetings and follow-up information as required.

• Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other team members regarding client requirements.

• Escalate important client queries or concerns to the Sales Manager when required.

• Comfortable with field visits and direct client interaction.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.

• Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/email.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers with strong communication and client-handling skills may apply.

• Experience in sales, real estate, customer handling, telecalling, banking, insurance, hospitality or other client-facing roles will be preferred.

Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, communication skills, interview performance and overall suitability for the role.
