As a Real Estate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of the real estate sales team. You will lead a team of sales agents, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure they meet their sales targets. You will also be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.


Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida.. The Senior Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, manage lease administration processes, and ensure efficient handling of commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include analysing lease agreements, coordinating with stakeholders, evaluating real estate opportunities, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, the role involves strategizing to optimize property performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration

• Strong knowledge of Leases and Real Estate principles

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions and operations

• Effective communication and negotiation skills

• Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field

• Professional certifications in real estate management are a plus

• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
