Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client coordination, sales documentation, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, booking forms, and other sales documents.

• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, appointments, and follow-ups.

• Maintain and regularly update customer databases, leads, and sales records.

• Coordinate with clients and sales executives to ensure timely follow-ups.

• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with the concerned team for issue resolution.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Track leads, bookings, pending payments, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with marketing, finance, CRM, and operations teams.

• Maintain proper documentation of customer and sales-related records.

• Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination and follow-up.

• Ensure all sales processes and documentation are maintained as per company policies.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, CRM, Real Estate, or a similar role preferred.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred.
