Key Responsibilities
• Handle leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
• Contact prospective customers and explain the project.
• Schedule and conduct site visits.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer data and update the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with a customer-centric approach.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
