We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Mira Road. In this role, you will be the face of our firm, guiding prospective buyers through their property-buying journey. From initial inquiries to final site visits, your goal will be to understand client needs and help them find their perfect residential or commercial space.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Pitch residential and commercial properties to potential buyers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Site Visits: Conduct structured property site visits and walk-throughs, highlighting key features, amenities, and location advantages.
Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines to offer the most suitable property options.
Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up system with warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on local real estate trends, new project launches, and competitive pricing in the Mira Road and surrounding areas.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports and update customer data in our system.
